If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — fast, simple, and stress-free.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue immediately — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item or size,
the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you live within the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused product for a full refund — no explanation required.
